Dr. Debbie Kelly, BSc (Pharm), ACPR, PharmD, FCSHP, AAHIVP is an Associate Professor in the School of Pharmacy, and holds a cross appointment to the Discipline of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Memorial University of Newfoundland.
